Heather Adams, 41, from Iowa, was found hiding naked on the back seat of her car while an 18-year-old was naked on the front seat. The pair were ordered to get dressed and removed from the vehicle which was parked in a dead end street. Police in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, had been alerted to the parked car by neighbors who spotted parked at the end of their street late at night. Neighbors suspected some drug activity had been taking place - and were stunned when it was revealed a teacher from Washington High School had been caught having sex.
